DemandProofHQ is a SaaS research and idea validation tool that scans public demand signals — including Reddit discussions, review sites, feature request boards, and competitor pages — to help founders and teams research product opportunities. DemandProofHQ is a public-signal research workflow. It provides data and analysis based on available signals and assumptions, but it does not guarantee demand, customers, revenue, funding, product-market fit, or business success of any kind.
You agree to use DemandProofHQ only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the service, including attempting to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the platform, scrape or resell report data at scale, submit unlawful or infringing content as inputs, or interfere with the service's security or availability.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) and may include a set number of demand scans or credits per billing period. Credits and scan allowances generally reset each billing period and do not roll over unless stated otherwise. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; see our Refund Policy for details on billing errors and cancellation.
DemandProofHQ relies on third-party data sources and services (such as public web data providers and payment processing via Stripe) to operate. We do not control the accuracy, availability, or continued existence of third-party data sources, and signal availability may vary or change over time.
Reports and scores are based on available public signals, the inputs you provide, and reasonable assumptions at the time of generation. DemandProofHQ does not guarantee market demand, customers, revenue, funding, product-market fit, or business success. You are responsible for verifying important assumptions and making your own business decisions.
DemandProofHQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or any decisions made based on our data.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
