DemandProofHQ is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. Subscriptions provide access to demand scans, validation reports, and related features that are delivered digitally and consumed immediately once generated.
Because access, credits, reports, exports, and scans are provided digitally and generally used immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, a credit has been consumed, or a report, export, or scan has been generated or used.
If you believe you were charged in error — such as a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a charge after a cancellation was processed — contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it. We will refund or correct verified billing errors.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund charges already processed for the current billing period. You will retain access through the end of the paid billing period.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. DemandProofHQ does not store your full payment card details.
